(S2O) On the Web!
OMView is our new web-based reporting system, that
allows you access to your store(s) data and reports
from the internet, via pc, laptop or even smart
phones and tablets.*
*One App licensing fee is included in our new service plans.
What is OMView?
Step 1
Open a compatible internet browser and navigate to:
www.omclive.com/Store2office/Login.aspx
Step 2
Select “New Users Click Here” to proceed to the
New OMCLive Account.
Create New User Account

Step 3
Fill in the user information form on the
New OMCLive Account page.
Step 4
After filling out the form, click the “Create
Account” button.

Step 5
When the new account is created, an email detailing
information about the new account will be sent to
the listed email. The email contains an Activation
Link. Click on this link to activate the account and
complete the new user process.

Step 1
Select “Add a Store” from the top of the main Store
List page.
Click Add A Store.
Request Store Access
Step 2
Enter Store ID and Request Message then click
Submit.
After submission the request will be sent for approval.
Once approved: The store will show up in the store list on your main page.
Note: Stores not currently available to anyone, must be added by OMC personnel
the first time. (New Stores)

1. Select “Supervisors” from the top of the main Store List page.
2. Select Approve or Decline.
3. Once approved: The store will show up in the store list on the users page.
The Table displays who is making the request and current Status.
The requests are permanently displayed so access can be declined
at a future date if necessary.

1. Do I have to have a program installed on my PC
similar to the current S2O product?
No, simply launch browser and navigate to
www.omclive.com to create username and
password.
The following browsers have been tested for optimal
viewing: Internet Explorer 8.0 and above, Chrome,
Safari and Firefox.

2. When will a given days data from the store be
viewable?
824 System data will be viewable after End Of
Day sync similar to how S2O currently works.
If you are a 1734 customer, live and end of day
data is available.

3. How many users?
You have an unlimited amount of users.
This does not include the mobile application.*
*There is an additional licensing fee for the mobile application. One
license is included under New Service Programs.

4. How do I set up my hierarchy?
Master account controls all descending
permissions.
Reminder – when you register you will receive a
verification email. The verification link must be
pressed to activate the account.

5. How do I add a store to my account for data
viewing?
Log in to www.omclive.com and “Add a Store”
from the top of the main Store List page. Enter Store
ID and Request Message then click Submit. Once the
request has been sent, OMC personnel will verify
ownership and issue a confirmation that your store(s)
are loaded.

6. How does my payroll interface with the web-based
product?
The site offers standard payroll integration.
7. How do I archive data from the web?
A standard Excel export is available.
8. How long will the data remain on the web?
25 months of data will be viewable per location.

9. Can I view a FREE trial of OMView?
Yes, contact your sales representative to view
before December 31st, 2011.

10. When is the last time I can access my data at no
charge?
If you are not enrolled in a service plan
or pay the annual data transfer fee,
December 31st, 2011 will be the last day.

1 Qlikview/Mobile BI License for 1734 users only - $400.00 one

*Customer must have current software build before receiving new update.
If the system version is not current, the customer will be responsible for
each update until their system is current.
Monthly payment plans are available and subject
to a $5.00 surcharge per month.
