houses constructed in the site, but production technology is substantially
different. The main parts of oncoming house are prepared before in the
factory, independent of the weather conditions. It is used ecological material –
wood. Operations can be done precisely and thoroughly. Easy constructions
doesn't require large amount of investment, powerful lifting devices, quickens
erection period.

USA, Japanese, German, English, Scandinavian and experience of the other

popular for many decades. Besides, this is the most frequent house
type in North America (Canada, USA).
In Europe, more than a half of constructed houses are frame houses,
while in North America - nearly 75 percent of all living homes.
