köldbärarkretsarna genom (QM1) och (QM2).

OBS!
Varmvattenberedaren töms genom hävertprincipen.
Elinstallation samt eventuell service ska göras under
överinseende av behörig elinstallatör. Bryt strömmen
med arbetsbrytaren innan eventuell service. Elektrisk
installation och ledningsdragning ska utföras enligt
gällande bestämmelser.
Detta kan ske dels genom säkerhetsventil som
monterats på inkommande kallvattenledning
eller genom att stoppa ner en slang i kallvattenanslutningen.

Förberedelser, Isärtagning
Varmt vatten kan förekomma vid tömning av
varmattenberedaren. Skållningsrisk kan föreligga.
1. Gör värmepumpen spänningslös.
2. Ta bort frontluckan.

två fästtappar som sticks in i ramen och sedan vrids
fästet för fastlåsning.

och dra åt kopplingen till laddslingan.

13. Montera plåtfästet för displayen (två skruvar) på den
nya enheten.
14. Montera displayen och anslut kablagekontakten(er)
mot displayen.

3. Lossa/ta bort de två skruvarna som håller kylmodulen.
7. Montera Conexvinklen (bipackad) på laddslingans returledning på den nya enheten.
8. Flytta över VB-returrör till den nya enheten och dra åt
kopplingen på laddslingans returrör och anslut till avstängningsventil (QM32) med låsbleck (kom ihåg nya
O-ringar).

4. Dra ut kylmodulen och flytta över den till nya enheten.
Sätt dit skruvarna och dra åt dem.
5. Montera köldbärarrören med nya O-ringar (bipackade)
i den nya enheten. Stick in dem bakifrån och anslut
kopplingarna (QM33) och (QM34) med låsbleck. Sätt
dit kopplingarnas isolering och spännfast med bipackade buntband.

9. Anslut kablagekontakter från kylmodulen mot elpatronkort (AA1) och grundkort (AA2).
10. Placera givare (A, B) i dess dykrör.
11. Anslut kablagekontakt på växelventilen (QN10) och
kontakt till givare (BT2). Se till att kablagen hamnar
korrekt i sina kabelkanaler.

6. Lossa Conexmuttern på VB returröret från den nya
enhetens laddslinga. (Placerad i bakkant, upptill på
höger sida.)

12. Gäller endast modeller med energimätare:
Anslut kablagekontakten på energimätaren.
Ihopsättning, Driftsättning
1. Montera ljudisoleringsskivor i stativramens nedre del
och sidoplåtar.
2. Anslut värmepumpen mot köldbärar- och värmesystem
och anslut yttre elanslutningar.
3. Kontrollera eventuella läckage, att givarvärden verkar
rimliga och gör en funktionskontroll.
4. Montera toppisoleringen över beredaren och framför
beredaren, topplock och kylmodulens servicelucka.
5. Flytta över etiketter med serienummer/teknisk data
från den gamla till den nya enheten.
6. Montera frontluckan.

Contents (kit list)
When replacing the heater in F1245/F1255 the cooling
module, pipe connections, insulation and all electrical
equipment are transferred from the existing heat pump
to the heater with stand.

4. Drain the water heater of water, empty the climate
and brine circuits through (QM1) and (QM2).

TIP
NOTE
The siphon principle is used to empty the hot
water heater.
Electrical installation and service must be carried out
under the supervision of a qualified electrician. Cut
the current with the circuit breaker before carrying
out any servicing. Electrical installation and wiring
must be carried out in accordance with the stipulations in force.
This can be done either via the safety valve on
the incoming cold water pipe or by inserting a
hose into the cold water connection.
NOTE
There may be some hot water when draining the
water heater. There is a risk of scalding.
Preparations, Dismantling
1. Disconnect the power from the heat pump.

Remove the screws from the lower edge of the
front cover.
B Lift the cover out at the bottom edge and up.

5. Disconnect the heat pump from the installation.

1. Remove the top insulation above the heater and in
front of the immersion heater, both on the old and
the new unit.
Remove the screws from the upper and lower
edges.
Twist the cover slightly outward.
Move the hatch outwards and backwards.
Assembly takes place in the reverse order.

2. Remove the protective cover of the junction box and
the plastic cover between the right and left junction
boxes.

sheets in the stand frame between the cooling module

3. Disconnect/remove the ribbon cable from the immersion heater circuit board.
4. Disconnect/remove the wiring connector.
5. Disconnect/remove the wiring connector (screwdriver).
6. Disconnect/remove the ground cable secured on the
left hand side of the stand frame.
9. Only applies to enamelled heaters:
Disconnect/remove the cable connectors from the
anode.
TIP
Important!
Note the positions of the cables.
If the cables are connected in the wrong position
the corrosion protection will be absent when reinstalled.
10. Loosen the nut on the HM supply line to the charge
coil on the heater to the air valve (QM22).

7. Disconnect/remove the connector from sensor (BT2).
8. Disconnect/remove the connector from the reversing
valve (QN10).

11. Remove the pipe clamps on the HM supply line
between the immersion heater and the cooling module (QM31) and separate the connector.
12. Disconnect/remove the junction box from its mountings.

13. Install two new mountings (supplied) for the junction
box on the new unit's left stand frame. Each mounting has two mounting pins that are inserted in the
frame and then twisted to secure it.
16. Secure the junction box in the quick mountings, the
ground cable in the stand frame and tighten the connection to the charge coil.

17. Only applies to enamelled heaters:
Connect the cables to the anode. It is important that
these are connected in the correct positions, if incorrectly connected the corrosion protection is absent.

14. Install the Conex angle (supplied) on the supply line
to the charge coil on the new unit.
15. Transfer the whole package (immersion heater and
junction box) to the new unit. (Angle out the immersion heater and hold the junction box.)

4. Pull out the sensor (A, B) and release the wiring.

1. Remove the protective cover of the junction box and
disconnect any external connections to the input card
(AA3).

5. Remove the panel mounting for the display (two
screws in the stand frame).
6. Disconnect/remove the junction box ground cable.
(Secured with a screw in the stand frame.)

3. Disconnect/remove the display. Press the top catch
on the reverse side of the display and lift the display
slightly.

Disconnect the wiring connector on the energy meter.
10. Disconnect the junction box from its quick release

12. Secure the junction box in the quick release mountings

Cooling module and heating/brine pipes,
transferring
1. Remove the upper securing plate from the shut off
valves (QM32, QM33, QM34) and separate the connections.

2. Remove the brine pipes from behind and put them
aside.
13. Install the panel mounting for the display (two screws)
on the new unit.
14. Install the display and connect the wiring connector(s)
to the display.

3. Loosen/remove the two screws holding the cooling
module.
7. Install the Conex angle (supplied) on the charge coil's
return line on the new unit.
Transfer
the HM return pipe to the new unit and

tighten the connection to the charge coil return pipe
and connect to the shut off valve (QM32) with securing
plate (remember new O-rings).

4. Pull out the cooling module and transfer it to the new
unit. Install the screws and tighten them.
5. Install the brine pipes with new O rings (supplied) on
the new unit. Insert them from behind and connect
connections (QM33) and (QM34) with securing plate.
Install the insulation for the connectors and secure
using the cable ties supplied.

9. Connect the wiring connectors from the cooling
module to the immersion heater circuit board (AA1)
and base circuit board (AA2).
10. Position sensor (A, B) in the submerged tube.
11. Connect the wiring connector on the reversing valve
(QN10) and connector for sensor (BT2). Ensure that
the wiring is in the correct cable ducts.

Connect the wiring connector to the energy meter.
Assembly, Commissioning
1. Install the sound insulation sheets in the lower section
of the stand frame and side panels.
2. Connect the heat pump to the brine and heating system and connect external electrical connections.
3. Check for any leakage, that the sensor values seem
plausible and carry out a function check.
4. Install the top insulation across the heater and in front
of the heater, top cover and the cooling module service
hatch.
5. Transfer labels with serial numbers/technical data
from the old unit to the new unit.
6. Install the front cover.

(B) to the immersion heater circuit board (AA1) terminal –X10.

elektrische Ausrüstung von der vorhandenen Wärmepumpe zum neuen Speicher mit Ständer umgesetzt.

4. Lassen Sie das Wasser aus dem Brauchwasserspeicher
ab und leeren Sie Klima- sowie Wärmequellenkreise
über (QM1) und (QM2).

HINWEIS!
Der Brauchwasserspeicher wird per Heberprinzip
geleert.
Elektrische Installation sowie eventuelle Servicearbeiten müssen unter Aufsicht eines ausgebildeten Elektroinstallateurs erfolgen. Unterbrechen Sie vor etwaigen Servicearbeiten die Stromversorgung per Betriebsschalter. Bei der elektrischen Installation und beim
Verlegen der Leitungen sind die geltenden Vorschriften zu berücksichtigen.
Die Entleerung kann per Sicherheitsventil erfolgen, das am Kaltwassereintritt montiert wurde.
Alternativ lässt sich ein Schlauch in den Kaltwasseranschluss führen.
HINWEIS!
Vorbereitungen, Demontage
Beim Entleeren des Brauchwasserspeichers kann
warmes Wasser austreten. Dabei besteht potenzielle Verbrühungsgefahr.
1. Unterbrechen Sie die Spannungsversorgung der
Wärmepumpe.
2. Nehmen Sie die Frontabdeckung ab.

1. Entfernen Sie die obere Isolierung über dem Speicher
und vor der Elektroheizpatrone – an der alten und der
neuen Einheit.
Lösen Sie die Schrauben an der Ober- und Unterseite.
Drehen Sie die Abdeckung leicht nach außen.
Bewegen Sie die Abdeckung nach außen und
hinten.
Der Einbau erfolgt in umgekehrter Reihenfolge.

3. Lösen/entfernen Sie das Flachbandkabel von der
Elektroheizpatronenplatine.
4. Lösen/entfernen Sie den Verkabelungskontakt.
5. Lösen/entfernen Sie den Verkabelungskontakt
(Schraubendreher).
6. Lösen/entfernen Sie das Erdungskabel von der linken
Seite des Ständerrahmens.
9. Gilt nur für Emaillespeicher:
Lösen/entfernen Sie die Kabelanschlüsse von der Anode.
TIP!
Wichtig!
Notieren Sie die Kabelposition.
Wenn die Kabel bei der erneuten Montage falsch
angeschlossen werden, besteht kein Korrosionsschutz.
10. Lösen Sie die Mutter am HM-Vorlauf zum Glattrohrwärmetauscher am Speicher zum Luftventil (QM22).

7. Lösen/entfernen Sie den Kontakt vom Fühler (BT2).
8. Lösen/entfernen Sie den Kontakt vom Umschaltventil
(QN10).

11. Entfernen Sie die Rohrschelle vom HM-Vorlauf zwischen Elektroheizpatrone sowie Kältemodul (QM31)
und trennen Sie die Kupplung.
12. Lösen/entfernen Sie den Schaltschrank von seinen
Halterungen.

13. Montieren Sie zwei neue Halterungen (im Lieferumfang enthalten) für den Schaltschrank am linken
Ständerrahmen der neuen Einheit. Jede Halterung
verfügt zwei Befestigungszapfen, die in den Rahmen
eingeführt und danach durch Drehen arretiert werden.

14. Montieren Sie den Conex-Winkel (im Lieferumfang
enthalten) am Vorlauf zum Glattrohrwärmetauscher
an der neuen Einheit.
15. Setzen Sie alle Komponenten (Elektroheizpatrone und
Schaltschrank) in die neue Einheit um. (Winkeln Sie
die Elektroheizpatrone ab und halten Sie am Schaltschrank fest.)

16. Befestigen Sie den Schaltschrank an den Schnellverschlüssen. Bringen Sie das Erdungskabel im Ständerrahmen an und montieren Sie die Kupplung für den
Glattrohrwärmetauscher.
Rechter Schaltschrank, Umsetzung
1. Entfernen Sie die Schutzabdeckung für den Schaltschrank und lösen Sie etwaige externe Anschlüsse von

Kältemodul und Rohre für Heizungs-/Wärmequellenmedium, Umsetzung
3. Lösen/entfernen Sie die zwei Schrauben zur Befestigung des Kältemoduls.
1. Entfernen Sie das obere Sperrblech von den Absperrventilen (QM32, QM33, QM34) und trennen Sie die
Kupplungen.

2. Entfernen Sie die Rohre für das Wärmequellenmedium
von hinten und legen Sie sie beiseite.
4. Ziehen Sie das Kältemodul heraus und setzen Sie es
zur neuen Einheit um. Bringen Sie die Schrauben an
und ziehen Sie sie fest.
5. Montieren Sie die Rohre für das Wärmequellenmedium mit neuen O-Ringen (im Lieferumfang enthalten)
in der neuen Einheit. Führen Sie sie von hinten ein und
schließen Sie die Kupplungen (QM33) sowie (QM34)
mit einem Sperrblech an. Bringen Sie die Kupplungsisolierung an und befestigen Sie sie mit dem beiliegenden Kabelbinder.

6. Lösen Sie die Conex-Muttern am HM-Rücklaufrohr
vom Glattrohrwärmetauscher der neuen Einheit (an
der Hinterkante, rechts oben).

7. Montieren Sie den Conex-Winkel (im Lieferumfang
enthalten) am Rücklauf des Glattrohrwärmetauschers
an der neuen Einheit.
8. Setzen Sie das HM-Rücklaufrohr zur neuen Einheit um
und befestigen Sie die Kupplung für das Rücklaufrohr
des Glattrohrwärmetauscher fest. Verbinden Sie es
mit dem Absperrventil (QM32) per Sperrblech. (Verwenden Sie dazu neue O-Ringe.)
12. Gilt nur für Modelle mit Wärmemengenzähler:
Verbinden Sie den Verkabelungskontakt mit dem
Wärmemengenzähler.

9. Verbinden Sie die Verkabelungskontakte vom Kältemodul mit Elektroheizpatronenplatine (AA1) und Basisplatine (AA2).
10. Setzen Sie den Fühler (A, B) in sein Tauchrohr ein.
11. Verbinden Sie den Verkabelungskontakt des Umschaltventils (QN10) und den Fühlerkontakt (BT2). Stellen
Sie sicher, dass die Kabel korrekt in den Kabelkanälen
verlaufen.
13. Verbinden Sie das Flachbandkabel (A) mit der Elektroheizpatronenplatine (AA1). Verbinden Sie den Verkabelungskontakt (B) mit der Elektroheizpatronenplatine
(AA1), Anschlussklemme –X10.

Montage, Inbetriebnahme
1. Montieren Sie die Schallisolierungen im unteren Teil
des Ständerrahmens. Bringen Sie die Seitenverkleidungen an.
2. Verbinden Sie die Wärmepumpe mit Wärmequellenmedium- und Heizsystem. Stellen Sie die externen
Stromanschlüsse her.
3. Führen Sie eine Kontrolle auf etwaige Undichtigkeiten
durch. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass plausible Fühlerwer-
te vorliegen und führen Sie eine Funktionskontrolle
aus.
4. Montieren Sie die obere Isolierung über und vor dem
Speicher, obere Abdeckung und Serviceabdeckung
des Kältemoduls.
5. Setzen Sie die Etiketten mit der Seriennummer/technischen Daten von der alten zur neuen Einheit um.
6. Montieren Sie die Frontabdeckung.
