Call for Presentations and Exhibition
FPGA-forum is a unique 2-day seminar and exhibition. At this yearly event a major number of senior
designers and decision makers in the Norwegian embedded industry gather to share their experience,
learn about new technology and methodology, and socialise and build their professional network.
The FPGA-forum committee is now preparing FPGA-forum 2015 and invites all FPGA related vendors to contribute to
this event with good technical presentations. You are also invited to participate in the exhibition. The exhibition
and presentations are co-located and will run for two full days.
Presentations
Each presentation will be given a default time slot of 30 minutes – including time for questions. There may also be
some 60-minute time slots available.
FPGA-forum has a mix of user, industrial, academic and vendor presentations - and a very strong focus on being a
high quality seminar with interesting technical presentations for experienced FPGA designers. Presentations from
vendors are thus expected to have a good and interesting technical content with very little direct marketing.

Please submit your presentation proposal(s) before September 23, 2014 by email to [email protected],
and remember to include presentation title and abstract, name of presenter and company. Feel free to submit
multiple prioritised proposals, and please let us know if you would be interested in a 60-minute time slot or perhaps
two 30-minute time slots.
Notification of proposal acceptance will be given in October, whereas allocations of extended time or extra slots
will be made in December.
Note that presenters must pay a reduced registration fee of NOK 4.700 (+VAT) if participating in FPGA-forum unless they are covered by the exhibition fee below.
Exhibition
Exhibitors will be given a table (with electricity supply) in the exhibition area – co-located with the conference.
Each exhibitor will also be given a brief time slot during the plenary exhibitor presentations the first morning of the
conference. All exhibitors will be listed in the programme.
The exhibition fee is NOK 13.000 (+VAT), which also includes the registration fee for two persons – including the
Dinner Party (day 1). Please contact [email protected] to reserve a stand at the exhibition and remember to
