‫تود إدارة االنرتانشوانل كولدج ان تعلمكم أبن السيدات ماغي مزهر‪ ،‬زينة مسارة وابوال أغوستني اللوايت انتخنب‬
‫لعضوية جلنة األهل يف عني عار قد تقدمن ابستقالتهن وبذلك أصبح عدد األعضاء ‪ 6‬عضواً مما يستدعي‬
‫انتخاب ثالثة أعضاء جدد عند الساعة الثانية من يوم األربعاء املوافق يف ‪( 4112/11/26‬جيري االنتخاب يف‬
‫عني عار)‪ .‬مدة العضوية تبدأ من اتريخ االنتخاب وحىت تشرين الثاين ‪ 5102‬حيث تنتهي مدة صالحية جلنة‬
‫األهل يف عني عار ويتم الدعوة اىل انتخاابت للجنة أهل جديدة‪.‬‬
‫ونلفت نظركم اىل األمور القانونية التالية‪:‬‬
‫ يشرتط يف عضو جلنة األهل أن يكون له ولد يف املدرسة منذ سنتني دراسيتني متتاليتني‪.‬‬‫‪ -‬أن يكون موافقاً على النظام الداخلي للمدرسة وقابال شروطه‪.‬‬
‫‪ -‬يقدم الرتشيح لعضوية اللجنة خطياً وابليد يف املدرسة اىل اآلنسة جيزال معوض ابتداء من اتريخ تسلم‬
‫الدعوة ولغاية ‪( 4112/11/20‬الساعة الثالثة بعد الظهر‪ -‬قبل ‪ 2‬اايم عمل من اتريخ االنتخاب)‪.‬‬
‫الرتشيح ابلربيد االلكرتوين غري مقبول‪.‬‬
‫ تعلن أمساء املرشحني املقبولني على لوحة االعالانت يف املدرسة مع تربير رفض الرتشيحات يف حال مت‬‫رفض بعضها‪.‬‬
‫ إن املشاركة يف عملية االختيار هي واجب على األهل حتت طائلة إسقاط احلق ابلطعن يف هذه العملية من‬‫قبل من ال يشارك فيها‪.‬‬
‫ مدة عضوية جلنة األهل هي يف هذه احلالة تبدأ من اتريخ االنتخاب وحىت تشرين الثاين ‪ 5102‬قابلة‬‫للتمديد ملرة واحدة فقط‪ ،‬على أن تدخل يف احلساب مدة العضوية السابقة‪.‬‬
‫‪ -‬يكون النصاب قانونياً عند حضور األكثرية املطلقة من عدد األولياء أي النصف زائد واحد‪.‬‬
‫ إذا مل يكتمل النصاب يف املوعد احملدد تلتئم اهليئة العامة الناخبة يف ذات اليوم والساعة من االسبوع‬‫الالحق ويكون النصاب قانونياً مبن حضر (‪.)4112/14/3‬‬
‫ تشرف على عملية االختيار جلنة ثالثية برائسة مدير(ة) املدرسة وعضوين اثنني من أولياء التالمذة خيتارهم‬‫املدير(ة) من بني األولياء احلاضرين ويكون لوزارة الرتبية مندوب بصفة مراقب‪.‬‬
‫ ال يقبل ترشيح أي كان من العاملني يف املدرسة‪ ،‬وال حيق للمدرسة رفض أي ترشيح يستويف الشروط‬‫احملددة‪.‬‬

Invitation for Election of three Members of the Parents’ Committee
We would like to inform you that three members of the Ain Aar Parents’
Committee have submitted their resignation (Mrs. Paola Agostine, Mrs. Zina
Samara and Mrs. Maggie Mezher). Pursuant to law # 11/81, Decree # 4564/81, Law
# 131/92 and law # 515/96, the International College invites you to attend a meeting
to be held at IC Ain Aar on Wednesday, November 46, 2014, at 2:00 p.m. for the
election of three members of the IC Ain Aar Parents’ Committee. The membership
term is from the time of election until November 2015 when the terms of all current
Ain Aar Parents’ Committee members expire and new elections will be held.
Your attention is drawn to the following legal matters:

The Parents’ Committee member is required to have a son/daughter in the
school who has been enrolled for two consecutive school years;
Said member must consent to the school’s internal regulations and accept the
provisions thereof;
The interested candidate should express this in writing and submit it to Miss
Gisèle Moawwad by November 20th, 2014 (by 3:00 pm-4 working days before
the elections date). EMAIL submission in NOT accepted.
The names of all suitable candidates will be posted on the school’s bulletin
board. The names of those candidates who do not qualify will also be posted,
with an explanation for their exclusion.
The participation in the election process is a duty of the parents, with the
provision that those who do not participate will be deprived from the right to
object thereto;
The term of office in the Parents’ Committee is, in this case, is from the time of
election until November 2015 renewable once only, with the term of previous
office not accounted for;
The member of the Financial Committee will be educated and preferably wellversed in financial matters;
A quorum is considered legal upon the attendance of the majority of the parents,
i.e., half plus one;
If the quorum is not met at the fixed date, the constituency will convene the
same hour and day the following week and the quorum will be legal with those
who attend (December 3rd, 2014 at 2:00 p.m.-same place);
The election process will be supervised by a committee of three presided by the
Director and 2 members from the parents selected by the Director from among
those present, and the Ministry of Education will be represented by a delegate as
election monitor;
No employee of the school is eligible to run, and the school is not entitled to
refuse any qualified candidate.

Invitation aux élections de trois membres du comité des parents – Ain Aar
Nous venons par la présente vous informer que trois membres du comité des parents de
Ain Aar ont présenté leur démission (Mme Paola Agostine, Mme Zina Samara et Mme
Maggie Mezher).
Conformément à la loi 11/81, au décret 4564/81, à la loi 131/92 et à la loi 515/96,
l’International College vous invite à participer à la réunion qui aura lieu à l’IC Ain Aar,
le mercredi 26 novembre 2014, à 14 heures pour élire trois membres du comité de
parents. La mission des trois nouveaux membres du comité commence à partir de la
date de leurs élections jusqu’en novembre 2015, quand la mission du Comité de Parents
actuel de Ain Aar tiendra à sa fin et de nouvelles élections auront lieu.
Veuillez noter les questions juridiques suivantes :
- Pour être éligible, un membre du comité de parents devra avoir un enfant inscrit à
l’établissement depuis deux années consécutives.
- Il doit approuver le règlement intérieur de l’établissement et en accepter les
dispositions.
- L’intéressé(e) doit rédiger sa candidature et l’adresser à Melle Gisèle Moawwad (IC
Ain Aar), au plus tard le 20 novembre 2014 (à 3:00 heures-4 jours de travail avant les
elections). Candidature par mél n’est pas acceptée.
- Les noms de tous les candidats conformes seront affichés sur un tableau d’affichage
de l’établissement. Les noms des candidats non qualifiés seront également affichés
accompagnés d’une justification du rejet de leur candidature.
- Les parents doivent participer aux élections, à condition que ceux qui n’y participent
pas n’aient pas le droit d’y faire objection.
- La durée des fonctions du comité de parents est, dans ce cas, à partir de la date de
leurs élections jusqu’en novembre 2015, renouvelable une seule fois, en prenant en
considération la durée du mandat antérieur.
- Le membre du comité financier doit être éduqué et il est préférable qu’il soit
spécialisé dans les questions financières.
- Un quorum est atteint quand la majorité des parents est présente, il est fixé à la moitié
plus un.
- Si le quorum n’est pas atteint à la date fixée, les électeurs peuvent convoquer une
réunion à la même heure et le même jour durant la semaine suivante et le quorum sera
atteint avec ceux qui y sont presents (mercredi 3 décembre 2014).
- Un comité formé de trois personnes et présidé par le directeur (la directrice) et deux
membres des parents que le directeur (la directrice) aura choisi parmi les personnes qui
seront présentes, supervise les élections. Le ministère de l’éducation sera représenté par
un délégué, étant l’observateur électoral.
- Aucun employé de l’établissement n’est éligible; il ne peut donc déposer sa
candidature. L’établissement n’a pas le droit de refuser un candidat qualifié.
