POTENTIAL IMPLEMENTAION RISKS
Please prioritize on a scale from 1- 5, the following risks for project implementation that the ACE
implementation teams, governments, AAU, and WB need to focus on:
Lack of regional partnerships
Insufficient faculty to scale up activities
Slow and cumbersome approval process in the World Bank
Slow and cumbersome approval process in the university

SUGGESTIONS TO IMPROVE FUTURE EVENTS



Venues for ACE workshops should be
carefully selected to avoid the Yaounde
transport challenges
A procurement workshop should be
organized to enlighten the ACEs
There should be time for feedback from
all breakout sessions
CONCLUSION





About 50% of participants completed the
feedback form.
Majority of the responses, 92%, emanate from
ACE teams and partner institutions.
Future evaluation should be done at the
workshop venue to ensure maximum response
from participants.
There is a marked reduction in approval
ratings on all variables.
Venues for ACE events should be easily
accessible.
MERCI BEAUCOUP
THANK YOU
