The registered farmers will be provided with training in three different
ways :
• Appraisal Training at the time of Registration (Why a Farmer should
join the program)
• Organized Training of Farmers on all aspects of Organic Farming and
Certification by the experts
• Refresher Training of Farmers through Cluster meetings and
demonstrations on On-Farm inputs preparation and use as a
continuous process for three years.
The registered farmers will be provided with training on all aspects of

The following are major constraints in On-Farm inputs management:

crop sowing like Paddy, Wheat & Sugarcane straw

Low land holding and poor farmers

Due to psychological impact the farmers have become depentent on

Lack of research and development activity supported by demonstrative
studies and critical crop stage interventions
• The Package of Practices designed based on the
climate and regional suitability including OnFarm inputs management practices, crop rotations
and good agricultural practices is the need of the
