Claiming of Academic Attire
07:30 to 08:30 RVRCOB, SOE, CLA, BAGCED (5th Floor Henry Sy, Sr., Hall – Multi Purpose Hall)
08:30 to 09:30 CCS, GCOE, COL, COS (5th Floor Henry Sy, Sr., Hall – Multi Purpose Hall)
Student must present their DLSU ID and / or deposit slip for Toga payment for claiming
The claiming of academic attire will start and end as scheduled. Academic attires not claimed
within this schedule may be claimed at the supplier’s office (Cattleya’s / 102 Ipil St., Marikina
Heights / Alma Maicon / 933-2881 / 941-2994).
Students must fit the academic attire immediately. Only those with wrong specifications from
what were indicated will be replaced by the supplier.
Student who will not follow the schedule of their college will not be accommodated and will
have to claim their toga to the supplier’s office
The school has authorized Florofoto-School Pictures, Inc. to provide the exclusive photo/video
coverage at PICC

A proxy (with letter of authorization and your Official Receipt/ID) may claim the academic attire

Honorable Mention, Departmental (e.g., excellence, outstanding thesis/dissertation) and
Loyalty Awards are given during the College Recognition Rites

This activity is intended for the students only
The schedule per college below includes those graduating from Undergraduate, Masters and
Doctoral Programs.
Students should be in their academic attire over semi-formal wear

The order of picture-taking below shall be strictly followed. Late comers cannot be
accommodated.

Graduation Rehearsal / Claiming of E-tickets
17:00 to 20:00 (6th Floor, Parking Area, E. Razon Sports Complex)
Attendance in the Graduation Rehearsal is a must for those participating in the
Commencement Exercises at the PICC
The Graduation Invitation Program and E-tickets for PICC will only be distributed during the
Graduation Rehearsal
Each graduate is entitled to two (2) E-tickets. Loss of the E-tickets will be charged P250.00
each.
Graduates should be at the rehearsal venue on time

Commencement Exercises
09:00 to 13:00 (Philippine International Convention Center)
The student ID will be needed to enter PICC
No E-tickets No Entry Policy is strictly followed.
Corsage is not required for the Commencement Exercises
E-tickets issued for guests are monitored by serial numbers. Selling of E-tickets to scalpers and
other parties may be cause for a discipline case.
It is not advisable to deal with freelance photographers outside PICC. They will not be
permitted inside the Plenary Hall to take pictures.

Returning of Academic Attire and E-tickets
08:00 to 18:00 (Enrollment Services Hub-Lobby 2nd Floor Henry Sy, Sr. Hall)
Proof of payment (payment of academic attire) and ID must be presented to refund the deposit
Official Receipt (Florofoto) must be presented to claim pictures
E-tickets must be returned on these dates to ensure prompt delivery of your Diploma
Graduates who did not return their e-tickets will be restricted to request any documents (TOR,
Certifications and others).
