Submit this application letter in three copies

See UPS charging properly or not. If not, then train VCE about this & charge it
•
If hardware or VSAT found to be not working, then complain with call centre and take complain
number & pass it to DLE too.
•
TLE is expected to give proper L1/Soft Troubleshooting support to ICT Infrastructure available at
eGram with help of his knowledge /support of other TLEs or DLE
•
It is expected from TLE that only call related to part replacement will get register with Call Center
of Hardware or Connectivity Provider
•
Mark all above activity in his visit note and take signature of concerned

Every TLE will maintain proper documentation of his work in file

For any technical support
 For Hardware Call Complain , TLE Must have Serial Number of
hardware device before logging complain
 For software application ; TLE will send mail with screen shot (of
Error) to DLE .
 DLE will send this to concern authority marking Cc mail to SLE .
 For application like RoR / I PDS /I KISAN /BADEA – Local NIC will
be required to be contacted FIRST .

Penalty Clause – ICT Failure
 To provide L1 support to ICT Infrastructure to the e Gram Center
setup; It means that in the event of ICT Setup (including software)
functioning, if software / hardware goes from operational state to
failure state and TSTSP fails to log the complaint with concerned
vendor, than in that case, TSTSP will be required to pay penalty
which will be the per day per eGram manpower rate of taluka level
executive from the failure incident report to till the call gets locked.
Such incident can be reported by GoG/E GVGS Officials in writing
to concern DDO/ e GVGS Office .

Penalty Clause – Service Roll Out

Responsibility of TSTSP is the roll out of services in rural area, it means e GVGS on time to
time basis will roll out services in the rural area, and for that, different training plan will also be
planned by e GVGS . TSTSP are supposed to participate in such programs actively .If e GVGS
will provide training for particular services and required devices / User Id and passwords will
also be delivered for eGram center VCE. Even if within 21 days , that eGram center fails to start
e Service than in that case TSTSP will be required to pay penalty of per day per eGram
manpower rate of taluka level executive from 22nd Day to the date services starts from that
eGram Centers . In the event of non availability of VCE for that eGram center , this clause will
not be applicable , however in such case TSTSP is required to submit report of such
absenteeism of VCE in the start of every month to e GVGS as well as concern DDO Office.
Date of start of services will be accounted as one sample service roll out from that eGram
Center, which shows that center is ready for that service and TSTSP will be required to submit
report to DDO as well as e GVGS office through mail / written report .

General Information & Query Process
•
Every Month TLE egram visit will start after DLE instruction ,
who will get instruction from SLE
•
Query Process : TLE DLESLE

No Team Member will share any Project information other than
to his DLE or Government Officials
•
In general , It is expected that team member will take
permission of leave from higher one day before his holiday
•
Per Month One CL will be allowed and this can be carry
forwarded
•
Team is expected to follow the orders of GoG officials and
Higher Management with full efficiency and dedication towards
his work with out repeating reminders
