Kanta V/s State of Haryana and CWP No. 3050 of 2012 titled as Rakesh
Rani V/s Housing Board Haryana and Supreme Court orders dated 26th
August, 2014 passed in SLP No. 23106 of 2012 titled as Kiran & Others V/s
State of Haryana.
The subject cited writ petitions were filed against the draw of lots held on 27th
August, 2010. In the said writ petitions, the Hon ‘ble High Court set aside the draw of lots and
directed the respondent Housing Board Haryana to held fresh draw of lots by giving opportunity
to all the unsuccesful applicants also, if they are willing, to deposit the earnest money, to be
eligible for fresh draw of lots.
Vide
ide orders dated 26th August, 2014 in SLP No.23106 of 2012 titled Kiran and
others Vs State of Haryana and others, the Hon’ble Supreme Court has up held the decision of
the Hon’ble High Court.
As per record of this office, you were an unsuccessful applicant in draw of lots
held on 27.08.2010 for Sector
Sector-9,
9, Bahadurgarh. Accordingly, the registration/earnest money
was refunded by Housing Board Haryana to the respective
e banks (where the application was
submitted by the applicant at the time of registration of flats
flats) for further refund to the
unsuccessful applicants.
Now, in compliance of the directions given by the Hon’ble High Court it is
intimated that if you are in
interested/willing to be considered
dered in the fresh draw of lots, you are
required to deposit Rs. 69000/
69000/- as registration/earnest money on or before 8th December,
2014 in the same branch of the authorized bank where you had earlier deposinted the amount
i.e. State
ate Bank of India, Andhra Bank, Oriental Bank of Commerce. Axis Bank. ICICI Bank and
Haryana Gramin Bank so that your name could be considered in the fresh draw of lots. The
detailes of all the original applicants have been uploaded on our website www.hbh.nic.in under
the link “Draw/Registration No.” The same can be accessed for knowing your old applicantion
number and provisional registration number, which is required to be filled in the present
application form. The fo
format of application form can be down loaded from our website
www.hbh.nic.in or can be obtained from the concerned Bank. The fresh date of draw will be
intimated in due course through public notice in leading news papers and also would be
uploaded on the web site of the Board

1.
All the coloumns in the application form are required to be filled in properly. In
complete/defective form shall not be considered in the draw of lots for which the
Boad shall not be held liable.
2.
The applicant shall be deposinting the registration amount of Rs.69000/
Rs.69000/- in the
same bank in which he had deposited at the time of original application in the year
2010.
