Model land Acquisition and R&R Policies for facilitating acquisition of land and development
of projects.
A comprehensive Industrial & Investment Policy-2011 unveiled, effective from 1st
January, 2011.
The policy addresses the issue of State’s potential for attracting investment across
various sectors; and shall generate employment opportunities and trigger inclusive,
innovative & environmentally sustainable growth.
Labour Policy for creative conducive working environment for the employer &
employee. Single Window and Self Certification Scheme in respect of Labour Laws,
approval of Building Plans etc.
The existing Estate Management Procedures (EMP) of HSIIDC rationalized and a
liberalized regime been put into place.
PPP Policy for facilitating private sector investment in infrastructure
Special package of incentives to mega projects through Haryana Investment Promotion Board.

Cargo Airport in NCR:
• 2770 acre site identified for the project
• Airport Authority of India (AAI) have completed the
study of the site and given their go-ahead.

Government of India for formal approval to the project.
