and gas and petrochemical development in Thailand. Over that period we

Receiving Facilities of the Offshore Pipeline in the south of Thailand. PAE has
also fabricated and erected of a number of gas treatment and petrochemical plants.

Manneng (Thailand) Co., Ltd.
was established on 11th May
1964 by the shareholders of
Pacific Architect and
Engineers from Los Angeles,
USA with the intention to
provide quality engineering
and industrial services. Later in
1971, the company
was renamed
PAE (Thailand)
Co., Ltd.
In 1981, PAE expanded the
business into the construction
and Oil & Gas industries. This
include starting up business in
Mechanical and Civil Construction, and Communication.

Main offices
PAE has four main offices stategically situated in the high potential locations Bangkok,
Rayong, Songkla and Kampangpetch(S1); so it ensures that the products and services
can be provided to our valued customers.

HEAD
OFFICE
PAE head office is
located on Srinakarin
Road in Bangkok. It
takes only 20 minutes
from Suvarnabhumi
Airport. It is used for our
Management Center
and Engineering Office.
RAYONG
FABRICATION
YARD
The 4 hectare facility with
3,600 square meter
covered area was initially
designed to handle 600
tons of steel production
throughout per month,
with planned allocation
for future expansion. It is
located approximately
180 km. east of Bangkok
near the petrochemical
industrial centre in
Rayong Province within
easy access to the Sattahip Deep Sea Port. We
also have a 5,000 square
meter lay down yard with
deep water access in the
Royal Thai Navy Sattahip
Port for industrial equipment and process
module equipment
loading for overseas. The
fully equipped manufacturing facility is now
fabricating oil /gas
equipment, tanks and
skids, process modules for
onshore and offshore
applications. The facility
also produces general
steel structure, piping
and vessel component
fabrication.
SONGKLA
FABRICATION
FACILITIES
PAE Songkla Fabrication
Facilities have been in
continuous operation for
more than fifteen years
and have been dedicated to service offshore
installations of Unocal,
which is now Chevron
and now other concessionaires. Songkhla,
located one hour flight
south of Bangkok, is the
centre of Thailand’s
offshore upstream oil and
gas industry. The 2,000
square meter facility
consist of a fabrication
shop dedicated to the
offshore section and a
separate area for PAE’s
own fabrication. Works
include fabrication of
process equipment,
process skids, topside
platform modifications,
revamps operation and
maintenance requirements. These all provide
service support for the
200 Man Chevron maintenance contract.

Sales/Rental
The Product Field Sales and
Rental Department offers a full
line of electrical and instrumentation rentals as well as a Certified Calibration Laboratory
service. Product sales for
process control equipment
includes control systems, PLC's,
Field instrumentation, Valves,
SCADA, Flow measurement,
Telecommunication's, Wireless
solutions, tank gauging, sampling systems, shutdown packages, pump off controllers, and
a variety of operating and host
software packages. PAE - INE
maintains an extensive fleet of
rental items including recorders, gauges, flow meters, etc.
which are deployed in each

Calibration Services
The Calibration Laboratory
maintains primary standards
with
traceability
to
the
National Research Council
(NRC) or National Institute of
Standards technology (NIST)
for calibration of electronic,
pressure and temperature
instruments.
Designed Facilities
All Design and Engineering are
done
according
to
our
in-house procedures complying with ISO-9001 requirements,
by experienced engineers and
designers. All drawings are
prepared using AutoCAD. Our
3D drawings are done using
CADWorx.

RAYONG
PAE has undergone a number of exciting changes as a
result of the partnership with Global Process Systems.
The expansion and certification has resulted in an

KAMPANGPETCH : S1
PAE Kampangpetch (S1) Fabrication Facility has been
operating since 2012 in order to mainly serve the
requirement of PTT Exploration and Production PLC
(PTTEP) and other clients. We provide services such as
Production Units, Infrastructure Preparation and Pipe &
Structural Fabrication and Erection.

PAE has been providing manpower and equipment
services to Unocal Thailand, now Chevron Thailand
from Songkhla Base since 1991. Besides manpower
and equipment services to Chevron, PAE(T) also provides similar services and fabrication work to other oil
and gas production, drilling, and service companies
namely Transocean Sedco Forex, Global SantaFe,
KCA Deutag / Marlin Offshore Services, MI-Swaco, BJ

Sandblast and Paint Shop With the Industries strict
Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements, a
new and modern design with
“closed system” sandblasting
facility. Is now available in the
same compound with the
fabrication shop. The facility
is one of the most efficient
sandblasting systems in the
southern part of Thailand.

1 Civil Engineering
Over 50 years PAE (Thailand) Plc has earned itself a formidable reputation in Thailand and
abroad. This is due to the companys’ experience and ability to provide turnkey civil and
engineering services to all relevant sectors. These sectors include -airport runways, power
plant maintenance , logistic infrastructure , marine ports and roads to commercial,

2 Mechanical Engineering

Our skilled engineers and technicians have completed many domestic and international
construction and downstream EPC projects: chemical and petrochemical complexes,
onshore- gas, oil and water pipelines, pharmaceutical plants projects, fertilizer projects,
and pulp and paper mill projects. We have also participated in large greenfield refinery
projects as well as waste water treatment facilities with some of the world leading international contractors.

4 Notable Projects
PAE was engaged by Thai Shell Exploration and
Production to provide engineering and construction service on the Kingdom of Thailand’s first
onshore oilfield project, namely the Sirikit Oil Field
Project. (Now owned and operated by PTTEP) in
Kamphangphet Province). PAE was also awarded
2 major Subcontracts for 150,000 BPD green field
refinery projects for Shell and Caltex Groups. Other
notable project include PTTCHEM TOC Ethylene
Plant No.1 Siam Occidental’s Chlor-Alkali Plant in
Rayong Province and TPI Polene Cement Plant in
Saraburi Province.
5 Telecommunication & Transmission Line & Engi-
neering Services
PAE’s experience in transmission and data communication system include the installation of telecommunication equipment, Hi-speed Wireless
Internet Networks (Wireless MAN), communication
towers, optic fibber, and power transmission
networks. PAE has in the past installed microwave towers in the Middle East and Africa as well
as in The SE Asian region. PAE is focusing on oboth
level verseas projects.
