It will not be available until about 4 weeks in to the term. Private Outside Scholarships Students must provide written documentation of the scholarship(s) for the pending award to be reflected on the billing statement Students should check with scholarship organization regarding renew ability Student is responsible for completing the scholarship process and making sure funds are received Very Significant private scholarships may impact a student’s financial aid award Student Employment On-campus jobs are available but are limited Students receive an email around move in weekend with more information Students contact supervisors and apply for jobs Complete required documents Forms of original ID needed to process job paperwork 1.
