In Beta a temporary worklist control was used for the worklist App Part In RC the new HTML 5 worklist control is now being used by the App Part

OUT OF SYNC WARNING
If changes are made to the structure of a list or library a warning will display about the SmartObjects being out of date when opening the K2 App

FULL CONTROL
The Beta app only requested Site.Manage permissions in SharePoint Site.Manage does not allow for being able to create/manage sites/groups The RC app requests Site.FullControl to allow for these site/group provisioning scenarios SharePoint App Store apps are not allowed to request full control At RTM there will be two versions of the K2 for SharePoint app Full Control (on prem and manual deploy to online) Manage (SharePoint App store) There will be a KB that will guide you on how to go from Manage to Full Control if you install from the store.

SETTINGS / MANAGEMENT
Changes have been made to the Settings and Management pages for the App Multi Auth / Oauth / Claims Management pages have been added Permissions has been separated from the registration wizard Uninstall wizard has been added

REPORTS
In the beta you could generate reports for each app or custom build reports to report across multiple apps In the RC some high level reports have been added

ERROR HANDLING
Options have been added to some of the wizards to allow the workflow to continue when a known error (like a document already being checked in) is encountered

MANUAL START CHANGES
Changes have been made to the manual start pages (design and runtime) Design Time It is now possible to change a manual workflow to an event workflow and vice versa It is now also possible to have an event workflow that is NOT able to be started manually Runtime Simpler Interface Item level reporting

K2 STUDIO / K2 FOR VS
In the Beta all the event wizards were available in K2 Studio and K2 for Visual Studio however… There was no Process level wizard for being able to connect a workflow to a SharePoint event.
In the RC the K2 for SharePoint Process wizard has been added

K2 for SharePoint RC (and dependent components) will available on the portal under beta components when it is released (single download) Release date is the week December 17 th All customers/partners will be given access to the RC Only customers/partners interested in the K2 for SharePoint beta should work with the RC
