 3 cups of flour  1 ½ cups of water  1 egg  teaspoon of oil  salt

 30 grams of sauerkraut  15 grams of dried mushrooms  2 onions  3 cloves of garlic

 Knead the flour, add water, oil and salt. Egg sticks. Knead the dough. After establishing leave it for 30 minutes.

 Rinsed under running water from the soaked cabbage cook mushrooms. Diced onion, finely chopped garlic and fry in oil. Cook for a minute, then add the cabbage. Season with salt and pepper. If the cabbage is too sour, add a little honey or sugar.

 Best served in a bowl, pour the hot butter and sprinkle with dill.
