Blue Plains Service
Design and construct projects that will rehabilitate, upgrade, or provide
new facilities at Blue Plains as well as to meet its National Pollutant
Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit requirements
Reduce biosolids odors, both on site and in the final product leaving the
plant
