Not only have we been supported and encouraged by Charlie - our partner at Stonewall - but we have a real sense that we have the best source of information and advice on LGB issues available in the country. We take our membership seriously and believe that the open and honest feedback and constructive advice we receive from Stonewall makes a difference for our lesbian, gay and bisexual colleagues. We've changed policies, updated materials and made progress and, in a very real sense, grown in confidence to bring difference into the mainstream. Retail is a business where understanding customers and reflecting the communities we serve are key. Stonewall is an invaluable part of that process and we feel very fortunate to have their support."
