McMorran Cares for the Community: Capital Campaign Fund

November 12, 1957, Mr. and Mrs. Andrew J. Murphy and Mrs. Clara MacKenzie donated the funds necessary to build and equip an auditorium building for public use. The donation was made in memory of the late Henry McMorran. The Kinney Management Group is dedicated to preserving and propagating the McMorran name and community goodwill that was established in 1957.

• Collaborative relationship with the Community Foundation to assist with overseeing and allocating financial resources • Charity Connections – Revenue Sharing – 30% of ticket sales sold by a non-profit organization (large ticketed events) goes to that respective charity – 10% of concession sales for large ticket events will also go to the participating non-profit organization

2. $30,000 initial capital investment for interior building merchandising area renovation project.

3. Participation management fee - 10% of gross sales to be paid by the city of Port Huron to Kinney Management Group for services rendered for the period of the contract.

4. 50/50 profit sharing with the city of Port Huron and Kinney Management Group for any profit made each year for the period of the contract.

5. 25% of operational savings will be shared with the city of Port Huron.
