• Italian wine is the most famous
in the world
• Famous wines are Pinot and
Prosecco
• Italian white wines are most
famous of all!
Pasta
• Italian people love pasta
• It is eaten all over the world.
• Types of pasta are spaghetti,
lasagna, tagiatelli and ravioli
• It is normally eaten with a
tomato sauce or a cheese sauce.
• And it is very nice with
chicken or mince!
Pizza
• Pizza is common all over
the world.
• You can put loads of
toppings on a pizza, like
ham, sausage, mushrooms,
sweetcorn, spicy chicken,
onions and lots of cheese!
• A pizza base is made from
dough, a mix of flour and
water.
Other foods
• Italy is well known
for other tasty foods
like ice-cream and
risotto.
• Italians also like to
eat veal and venison.
