When displaying this screen, default to the way the selections were set the last time the screen was closed. Settings Receipt Expiration Dates Settings Receipt Expiration Dates • To setup this functionality: In Store settings > Point of Sale 1 tab, define the number of days a receipt expires for a regular sale and a discounted sale. The receipt will print the expiration date for regular and discounted sales. If it is a combination of both, it will print “This receipt expires on Date 1 except for items marked for Final Sale for which receipt expires on Date 2”. Settings Receipt Expiration Dates • On a receipt for a return, the receipt number of the original purchase is shown with the store number next to the receipt number of the original purchase. • In addition, the expiration date of the original sales receipt will print as the expiration date of the return receipt. Settings Discounts Affect Average Cost Option Settings Discounts Affect Average Cost Option • To setup this functionality: In Store settings > Transfers/POs tab, select the dropdown and select the option for how you want discounts to affect average cost. • Never – Discounts never affect average cost • All Discounts – All discounts affect average cost of item • Trade Discounts Only – Only trade discounts will affect the average cost of an item Settings Add Employee Images to Employee Detail Settings Add Employee Images to Employee Detail • To setup this functionality: – In Settings > Employees > Employees, search for employee and click on Edit to bring up the employee detail screen. – In the Image tab of the Employee Detail screen, you can add in employee image Settings Add Attachments to Employee Record Settings Add Attached Documents to Employee Record • In Settings > Employees > Employees, search for the employee and click on Edit to bring up the Employee Detail screen. • Click on the Attachments Tab. Settings Search Customers Against Main As Backup Settings Search Customers Against Main As Backup • To setup this functionality: -In Store settings > Customers/Employees tab, enable option to ‘Search Customers Against Main as Backup’ • This setting, when enabled will search for a customer at the main database if the customer record is not found on the local database. Reporting Reporting Major Topics To Be Covered In This Presentation • • • • Vendor Export Raw Excel Export For Analysis Employee Productivity Report Enhancements Datamining – Add multi-column sort – Add report scheduler – Add date created and date modified Reporting Vendor Export Reporting Vendor Export • A list of your vendors can now easily be exported to a CSV file. • In the navigation tree on the Main Menu go to Contacts > Vendor Export. Reporting Vendor Export • On the Vendor Export screen you can filter by the date the Vendor was entered or the Vendor flag that is set on the Contact Detail screen. Reporting Vendor Export • Press the Browse button to define the path to where the file should be saved. • Browse to the location and define the file name. • Press the save button. Reporting Vendor Export • Upon returning to the Vendor Export screen press the Run button to begin the export process. Reporting Vendor Export • A confirmation message will be displayed when the export is complete. • Browse to the location where you saved the file to verify that the file is complete. Reporting Raw Excel Export For Analysis Reporting Raw Excel Export For Analysis • When running Analysis reports you have the option to check a box called ‘Show Print Options’. • With this box checked, when the Run Report button is pressed the Print Options screen will appear. Reporting Employee Productivity Report Reporting Employee Productivity Report • A new report in Analysis allows you to track your employees productivity • In Analysis > Analysis > Employee Analysis, double click on Employee Productivity TYLY Reporting Employee Productivity Report • Filter your report by employee, store, company and/or date range and run report. Reporting Employee Productivity Report • If you select ‘Show Print Options’ you can open report in PDF, export to excel, export to .csv file, and export to raw excel data format. Reporting Datamining Reporting Data Mining: Add Multi-Column Sort • When viewing report data in data mining, you now have the option to sort data by up to four fields • When viewing the data for the report, right-click in the grid, and choose Data Sort Reporting Data Mining: Add Multi-Column Sort • Sort data by up to four field in ascending or descending order. Reporting Data Mining: Add Report Scheduler • You can now schedule reports to run in Data Mining as you could in Analysis, using the Report Scheduler. • In the Data Mining screen, there is now an option to Record the report so it can be run in the report scheduler Reporting Data Mining: Add Date Created and Date Modified • In Report Scheduler, you will be able to set these reports to run at a scheduled date/time, and have options to email the report, open to pdf, or print. Upload items from within celerant Previously, couldautomatically only copy theback quantities for one Orders are you inserted into celerant store into the valuesinofcelerant each store on a PO. Fulfillment is done Now, you can copy all quantities for each individual store into the matching store on a new PO. Purchase Orders Copy Matching Stores on a PO • Create a new PO and select the stores. • Press the Copy PO button at the top of the screen. • Search for and select the PO you wish to copy from. Purchase Orders Copy Matching Stores on a PO • Select the option to match the stores from the drop down menu and press the OK button. Purchase Orders Copy Matching Stores on a PO • The new PO will display all of the styles and quantities for each store. • The PO can still be modified after the copy is complete. Purchase Orders Freeze a Size Row While Scrolling Down Purchase Orders Freeze a Size Row While Scrolling Down • When working on the PO Detail screen when you click into a style the size run will be displayed on the gray bar at the top of the grid. • Therefore, when you scroll down for a style that has multiple colors and multiple stores you will still be able to see the size run. Purchase Orders Purchase Orders PO Summary By Department Structure Purchase Orders PO Summary By Department Structure • When working on the PO Detail screen you can click on a new tab called ‘Dept Totals’. • This tab will give you a summary by Department/Type/Sub-type 1 of the units, cost, retail, and margin of what was ordered and received. Purchase Orders E-mail Options and Tracking On a PO Purchase Orders E-Mail Options and Tracking on a PO • On the General Info tab on the PO Detail screen there is a Vendor tab and an Email/Fax tab. • Clicking on the Email/Fax tab gives you several new emailing options. Purchase Orders E-Mail Options and Tracking on a PO • There are two options to select email addresses from - the Vendor Email and the Contact Email. Purchase Orders E-Mail Options and Tracking on a PO • Pressing the Vendor Email button will open a screen that will display all email addresses on the Contact Detail screen for the Vendor under PO Email, Email 1, and Email 2. • This screen will also display all email addresses linked to the Vendor as a sub-contact. • Select the addresses you wish to email the PO to and press the OK button. Purchase Orders E-Mail Options and Tracking on a PO • Pressing the Contact Email button will open a screen that will allow the user to search for any email address by Vendor. • Search for the contact by a variety of searching criteria. • Select the addresses you wish to email the PO to and press the OK button. Purchase Orders E-Mail Options and Tracking on a PO • On the PO Detail screen, the email addresses you have selected will be displayed. Purchase Orders E-Mail Options and Tracking on a PO • When emailing the PO to the selected addresses, the user now has the option to show their email address as the sender. The user’s email address is defined in the employee setup. • If left unchecked, the default email address defined in store settings will be used. Purchase Orders E-Mail Options and Tracking on a PO • To track the distribution of a PO a new store setting will archive the sent POs to the specified email account. Purchase Orders Print Open Text Field On Tickets Purchase Orders Print Open Text Field On Tickets • At the time of receiving, the user now has the ability to enter text to print on a ticket. • The purpose of this change was to allow the client to enter an invoice number to print on the ticket to attach to the merchandise. • This makes it extremely easy to track each item to the exact receiving. Purchase Orders Print Open Text Field On Tickets • The ticket file used to print labels for the merchandise being received must have one new field added. • The field should appear as follows: ~STATIC_TXT~ Purchase Orders Print Open Text Field On Tickets • On the box that appears after receiving merchandise, the user can enter text in the ‘Text to print on tickets’ field. • This information will print on the tickets for all merchandise received with a ticket file using that specific code. Purchase Orders Due In Values On PO List Screen Purchase Orders Due in Values in Units, Cost and Retail Added in PO List Screen • On the Purchase Orders > Purchase Orders screen three new columns have been added. • The three new column names are: Units due in, Cost $ due in, and Retail $ due in. • The due in value is different from the back ordered value as the B/O is only if a SKU is partially received. Purchase Orders Due in Values in Units, Cost and Retail Added in PO List Screen • The calculation is: Due in = Ordered - Received Transfers Transfers Major Topics To Be Covered In This Presentation • • • • • • Display QOH For a Store Group On An Allocation Manually Allocate Quantities From a Receiving Search Transfers By Comments Email Transfers Enhancements To Drag-Drop Transfer Screen Mass Transfer Receiving Transfers Display QOH For a Store Group On An Allocation Transfers Display QOH For a Store Group On An Allocation • To setup this functionality: – Setup a store group of all stores that should be visible on the transfer order (Settings > Stores > Store Group). – In store settings, on the Transfers/PO tab for the setting that reads ‘Display Multi Stores QOH on Transfer’ select the store group from the drop down menu. Transfers Display QOH For a Store Group On An Allocation • Once the setup is complete, when creating an allocation the user will be able to see the quantity on hand for each store in the store group. • The user will click on each style and the grid on the lower portion of the screen will refresh to display the QOH for the store group for that style. Transfers Display QOH For a Store Group On An Allocation Transfers Manually Allocate Quantities From a Receiving Transfers Manually Allocate Quantities From a Receiving • Create a PO with the quantities being ordered for the Warehouse. • On the Stores/Totals tab select the following options in the Distribution section: – Method = None – Check the box for ‘Distro Needed’ Transfers Manually Allocate Quantities From a Receiving • Receive on the PO. • Manually create an Inter-store Transfer. • Select the ‘from’ store as the Warehouse. • Select ‘to’ stores. Warehouse Store Transfers Manually Allocate Quantities From a Receiving • On the Inter-store Transfer, click on the Distribution tab • Select the following options: – Distro Method = Manual – Define a percentage to hold back in the Warehouse (optional). – Select the Receiving to Distro Transfers Manually Allocate Quantities From a Receiving • With the ‘Allocation Countdown’ box selected in the middle of the Inter-Store Transfers screen on the Styles tab, the user will be able to allocate quantities in a “count-down” fashion. Transfers Manually Allocate Quantities From a Receiving • This means that the line that appears in red which displays the quantities being removed from the ‘from’ store will indicate how many are left to be allocated based on the quantities received. Transfers Manually Allocate Quantities From a Receiving • If all units are allocated based on what was received, the ‘from’ store will display 0 left to allocate. • If units are over-allocated based on what was received, the ‘from’ store will display a negative quantity. Transfers Manually Allocate Quantities From a Receiving • Complete the allocation. • Save and print the transfer order as needed. Transfers Search Transfers By Comments Transfers Search Transfers By Comments • When creating a transfer order you may enter text in the ‘Comments’ box. Transfers Search Transfers By Comments • Then, on the Transfer Order List screen you can search for a transfer order by the comment that was entered. Transfers E-mail Transfers Transfers Email Transfers • A transfer order can be emailed from the store where the transfer was generated to the store that will be receiving the transfer. • This functionality only applies to Inter-store Transfers. Transfers Email Transfers • To setup the functionality of emailing transfers: – In store settings, on the Transfers/PO tab select one of the three options: Do not email transfer at all, Email transfer by default, and Ask to email transfer. – In store settings, on the Email/Internet tab a sending email account and receiving email account for Interstore Transfers will need to be defined. Transfers Email Transfers • Based on the store setting of whether the transfer should be emailed by default or to ask the user, when the transfer order is saved the email will be sent from the sending store to the receiving store. • The transfer will be emailed as a PDF attachment. Transfers Enhancements To Drap-Drop Transfer Screen Transfers Enhancements To The Drag-Drop Transfer Screen • There are several enhancements to the Drag-Drop Transfer screen. – Ability to select a list of styles to work with. – Ability to manage the list of styles to work with. – Ability to select the next style in the list. Transfers Enhancements To The Drag-Drop Transfer Screen • To select a list of styles to work with, click on the Find Style button. Transfers Enhancements To The Drag-Drop Transfer Screen • On the Style Pick screen, enter filtering criteria. • Select the styles to work with by placing a check in the ‘Pick’ box. • Press the OK button. Transfers Enhancements To The Drag-Drop Transfer Screen • You will be brought back to the Drag-Drop Transfer screen with the first style in the list selected. • To manage the list of styles you are working with click on the Show List button. Transfers Enhancements To The Drag-Drop Transfer Screen • On the Show List screen you can manage the styles by: – Jumping to a different style by placing a check in the pick box and pressing the OK button. – Deleting a style from the list. – Resetting the list completely, which will clear out the styles in the list you are working with. Transfers Enhancements To The Drag-Drop Transfer Screen • Drag and drop the quantities for the style into the appropriate location. • On the Drag-Drop Transfers screen, you will now be able to click the Next button to go to the next style in the list to work with. Transfers Enhancements To The Drag-Drop Transfer Screen • Once you have completed the list of styles you have selected, you will receive the following message. Transfers Mass Transfer Receiving Transfers Mass Transfer Receiving • A third option of how to receive on a transfer order has been added. • Previously, you could only receive a transfer order by case or by style. • Now, using the Mass Transfer Receiving screen you can receive any number of transfer order and store combinations. Transfers Mass Transfer Receiving • In the navigation tree, go to Transfers > Receive Transfers > Mass Transfer Receiving • Enter filtering criteria and search for transfer orders that need to be received Transfers Mass Transfer Receiving • The Mass Transfer Receiving screen will display one entry in the grid for each transfer order and store combination. Transfers Mass Transfer Receiving • Select the entries you wish to receive by placing a check in the ‘Selected’ box. • Press the Receive button. Transfers Mass Transfer Receiving • Once the transfer order is received for a particular store the entry will be removed from the Mass Transfer Receiving screen. • If the ‘In Transit’ store setting is being used the quantity will be moved into the receiving store’s on hand. Pricing Semi-Automatic Price Changes On Receiving • When creating or modifying a PO, you can change the retail price of an item for a particular store by double-clicking into the price field and entering the new value. • A price change on a PO will display in green to indicate that the retail price is different than what is currently recorded in inventory. Pricing Semi-Automatic Price Changes On Receiving • Upon receiving the item with the price change an uncommitted markup/markdown will be created. • A user can now go to the Pricing > Markdown Listing screen and search for price changes from a PO in the following ways: – Type = PO’s – PO Reference Number – Standard criteria – date, style #, stores Pricing Semi-Automatic Price Changes On Receiving • A worksheet and tickets for the QOH reflecting the new price can be printed. • Once the stores have prepared for the price changes, a user can commit the markups/markdowns. Pricing Prices Displayed For Line Item When Creating a Markup/Markdown Pricing Price Displayed For Line Item When Creating Markup/Markdown • When creating a markup/markdown the current retail price, the price the change was based on, and the new retail price will be displayed. • The price the change may be based on are either Current Price, First Price, Suggested Price, or Store Price. Pricing Price Displayed For Line Item When Creating Markup/Markdown • Three columns have been added to the Group Markdown Detail screen when creating a new group markdown. Pricing Term Sale Enhancements Pricing Term Sale Enhancements • When creating a term sale you will now have the option to discount based on Current Price, First Price, Suggested Price, or Store Price. Pricing Term Sale Enhancements • The term sale will display the current price and the new price that the item will ring up at the Point of Sale. Fulfillment Enhanced Picking Ticket • Go to Fulfillment > Picking Tickets. • Enter filtering criteria. • Press the button to either Print One or Print All pick tickets.
