You are now going to create
an individual artwork of an autumn
landscape using techniques similar
to Van Gogh
You’ll begin by drawing hills, trees,
and a sky in chalk pastels.
Then you’ll add detail in the sky
and grass using oil pastels.
You’ll create a swirly sky in cool
colors (blues, greens, purples)…
…or a radiating sun in warm colors
(reds, yellows, oranges).
Lastly, you’ll use colored
construction paper to mount your
drawing and add a leaf rubbing to
the corner.
