a- Tools of stakeholder analysis: ( GOPP, RAAKS, Venn Diagram & DFID).
b- Participatory tools & Techniques: ( Rich picture, Matrix analysis & issue
analysis).
c- Differentiation between different concepts: ( i.e. M. system and M.
plan etc).
d- Situational Analysis
e- Participatory approaches: (from PRA to PLA) .
2- Facilitating in Practical approach (Action Plan):



a- Greater emphasis on participation: (not only in planning but also in M&E
and briefly in whole project cycle ).

For achieving this objective following areas demand more attention:
