dated February 27, 2003 has been
issued. According to this Circular, the
objectives of e-Transformation Turkey
Project are as follows:

re-examined and changed if necessary, with
respect to the EU acquis,
 participation of citizens to decision-making process
in the public domain via usage of ICT will be
developed,
 enhancement of transparency and accountability
for public management,
