Sizisa Ukhanyo Trading 99 T/A Khawuleza-IT Services, established in 2005, provides IT hardware repairs, maintenance and sales to both the Corporate and the SMME business sector in the Western Cape, with a focus on the Cape Town CBD and its neighbouring business community.

Khawuleza-IT Services has grown as a result of the acquisition of HP and Lexmark certified technicians, spare-parts & consumables suppliers, business administration and marketing consultants.

We ensure efficient job-tracking, streamlined tracking of all calls logged, work in progress, warranties, as well as professional accounting.

PRODUCTS & SERVICES

Khawuleza-IT is an existing operation whose primary business has been the sale and service of business appliances (copiers, facsimiles, printers, etc.) and has operated as a part of the office equipment industry.

We repair Laser, Inkjet, Dot-Matrix, Line and Point-of Sale printers and provide support for Hewlett Packard, Seikosha, Epson, Lexmark, Oki, Canon and Citizen.

Our LCD/LED monitor repair facility is fully equipped to repair all brands ranging from monochrome to large highly calibrated units. In addition, we are qualified to repair and support scanners and printers, motherboards, UPS’s and other such devices.

We offer professional, interactive and affordable website design, hosting as well as domain registration services.

SUPPORT & MAINTENANCE

We offer a 90 day carry in warranty on all repaired units.

We supply: - Computer peripherals and components - Complete PC Systems and Solutions - Consumables of all popular bands of printers including Toner, Inkjet cartridges and Printer Ribbons - We supply printer spares for most popular printers.

Khawuleza-IT Services offers a full collection and delivery service to all our clients within a specified radius of Cape Town CBD.

COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE

Khawuleza-IT employs of the few HP and Lexmark certified technicians in the Western Cape. The only way we can hope to differentiate well is to define the vision of the company to be an information technology ally to our clients. We will not be able to compete in any effective way with the large mainland-based office equipment companies by selling boxes or products as appliances. We need to offer a real alliance to our local customers.

The benefits we sell include many intangibles: confidence, reliability, knowing that somebody will be there to answer questions and help at the important times. These are complex products that require serious knowledge and experience to use. Our competitors tend to sell only the products themselves, and very little in the way of after-sale training and support.

CORPORATE SOCIAL INVESTMENT

Khawuleza-IT Services’ corporate social investment initiatives include the development of sports among the youth in disadvantaged areas.
