Khawuleza-IT Services has grown as a result of the acquisition of HP and Lexmark certified technicians, spare-parts & consumables suppliers, business administration and marketing consultants. We ensure efficient job-tracking, streamlined tracking of all calls logged, work in progress, warranties, as well as professional accounting. We repair Laser, Inkjet, Dot-Matrix, Line and Point-of Sale printers and provide support for Hewlett Packard, Seikosha, Epson, Lexmark, Oki, Canon and Citizen. Our LCD/LED monitor repair facility is fully equipped to repair all brands ranging from monochrome to large highly calibrated units. In addition, we are qualified to repair and support scanners and printers, motherboards, UPS’s and other such devices. We offer professional, interactive and affordable website design, hosting as well as domain registration services. The only way we can hope to differentiate well is to define the vision of the company to be an information technology ally to our clients. We will not be able to compete in any effective way with the large mainland-based office equipment companies by selling boxes or products as appliances. We need to offer a real alliance to our local customers. The benefits we sell include many intangibles: confidence, reliability, knowing that somebody will be there to answer questions and help at the important times.
