Reviewing Transactions
16
You will receive an automated email from PaymentNet regarding transactions that
have processed and are waiting for you to review. Login to PaymentNet using the
link in the email. This email will no longer include a list of transactions. You must
login to view any
transactions.
17
Transactions should be reviewed immediately to ensure all are legitimate
purchases made by the cardholder.
18
Use the menu options along the top to access your various PaymentNet modules
including: Transactions, Reports, Payments, and Help. We want the“Transactions”
menu to view the recently posted transaction/transactions.
19
In the Transactions menu we have several options. “Manage”
allows you to view your current transactions. “Mass Update
Requests” which can allow you to change accounting codes for
multiple transactions at one time. “Authorization/Decline” allows
you to see your transactions that are pending and have either not
posted to the card or were declined by the merchant. To search for
specific transactions you can use the “Query” option. Select the
“Statements” option to view/print/download your statement .
20
After choosing “manage” all current transactions will be displayed.
The transactions list displays your most recent transactions first. You
can sort the transactions by clicking on a column heading. You may
select a specific page from the pull down menu or click the directional
arrows to view additional transactions (not shown).
Again you can customize the look of the screen under “my profile”.
21
Please note the major difference in how accounting codes are displayed.
It will be necessary to click each row to make changes to the account codes.
22

23
This screen is very similar to what was in Legacy.

35
To dispute a transaction, select the transaction you want to dispute from the list.
Note: The cardholder should always try to resolve a dispute with the vendor first.

within 60 days from the statement date.
36
Click on “Dispute”.
37
First, make sure your email address is entered.
Then, select a “Dispute Reason”.
