• Arranged for a Peer to Peer discussion with the
Neuro Science Committee to discuss Best Practices
for determining brain death and working with families
for the best outcomes
•Introduced the Donor Management Class for the
Nursing Staff
•Rewrote policy
•Housewide education on Clinical Triggers
•OR in-services for both BD and DCD donation
