Reason for Schedule Adjustment
• Gap(Class A) have been purposed is over original plan.
• Previous conclusion we conclude to run schedule in one
country same time(put KM/KU together), after trying in
Application Training we found it’s not feasible, to plan
CFC/CG independent schedule will extend project time
• CFC process and regulation is not really suitable to apply in
another company (not replicable due to different detail
process)
• CFC old system existing function make Go-Live requirement
much higher than CG
• Although Singapore site is simple, but still needs resource
support to Go-live, it’s hard to share resource when CG, CFC
is running at same time
• ANP, MM is fast growing company, and have their own
requirement, needs time to mold SOP and Customization
