The Behavioral Style Assessment Report is a customized
report that is generated as soon as you complete your
self-assessment.
It consists of two sections:
1.
Description of your style and how your style behaves
in various situations.
2.
Suggestions are offered TO OTHERS on how to deal
with your style most effectively, along with action
plans for you.
Your eGraph results include your self-assessment
as well as all Observers who have responded.
