Wide Coverage: Currently, operating out of over
60 offices with 800 employees. Also delivering
the national Work Experience Programme

new sites and links with employers by building on
the presence of the wider Reed Group

experience of delivering to all of the Work

• JSA Customers: New Deal, Employment Zones, Flexible

Work Programme finance model
Our approach
• Understand the contract funding model when available
and develop
• A funding model for end to end supply chain delivery in line with
DWP contract payment milestones with higher tariffs for achievement
of long term sustainability targets
• A flexible outcome specific funding model for specialist provision with
higher tariffs for exceeding minimum performance expectations
• A model with front end funding for voluntary sector partners and
further payments for exceeding minimum performance expectations
