• For 30 years, IEEE-USA has developed programs to
influence US government Technology and R&D
policies, and to help US engineers in their professional
lives.
• Some of these programs can also benefit the IEEE
world community.
• IEEE-USA, RAB, and R7-10 can work together to
adapt them to the service of members outside the US
