New Data
Monthly Oil Data
The collection started June 2001
APEC member economies have been requested to
submit two months of the data by every month:
• They are M-1 and M-2
The database contains the monthly oil data basically
from April 2001 to latest.
This data collection takes a part of worldwide oil data
collection, namely Joint Oil Data Exercise, which six
international organizations, APEC, EUROSTAT, IEA,
OLADE, OPEC and UN, join

APEC Energy Statistical Analysis Tool 2001 editionAPEC Energy Database with analytical tools
Data contents: Energy Balance Tables (detailed),
Electricity Tables (generation and capacity),
CO2 Emission Tables and Major Economic
Indicators
Analytical tools: Regression, Correlation,
Graph and Simple Projection
Update above contents through the Internet
Developing a format changing
system APEC-IEA
Cooperation work with IEA
Objective: Increase labor productivity on
preparation of questionnaires for APEC
and IEA
Function of the system is to produce IEA
formats based on APEC format
The system has been developing EXCELVBA
IEA is developing a system IEA-APEC
Replacing Web and DB servers
Three servers have been replaced due to the
lease-up:
Web server: SUN Ultra 10
DB server: SUN Enterprise 250
DB backup server: SUN Ultra 60
Increasing Lease Line Capacity
256KB to 1.5MB
