USCIS EB-5 IMMIGRATION VISA PROGRAM
Under section 203(b)(5) of the 1990 Immigration and Nationality Act, 8U.S.C. 1153(b)(5) immigrant
visas are available to qualified individuals seeking permanent resident status on the basis of their
engagement in a new commercial enterprise.

The immigrant seeking permanent resident status must demonstrate that this investment will benefit
the United States economy and create the requisite number of full time jobs for qualified persons
within the United States. Specifically, eligible individuals include those who establish a new
commercial enterprise and: Who have invested or who or actively in the process of investing at least
$1,000,000.00 (one million) dollars or $500,000.00 (five hundred thousand) dollars where the
investment is being made in a "targeted employment area" which is an area that has experienced
unemployment of at least 150% of the national average rate or a rural area as designated by OMB
and: Whose engagement in the enterprise will benefit the United States economy creating full time
employment, directly or indirectly, for not fewer than 10 qualified individuals and: The individual must
prove that the investment comes from a lawful source of funds.

Medical City
Tavistock is the development company behind the Lake Nona community project in southeast Orlando that is set to include scientific and
"medical city" research facilities. Already on the way are the new University of Central Florida College of Medicine, the Burnham Institute
medical-research hub and Nemours Children's Hospital, among others.

UCF College of Medicine
The college currently offers programs in biomedical sciences and will offer a doctor of medicine (M.D.) degree program beginning Fall
2009. The M.D. Program will enroll an initial class of 40 students and eventually produce about 120 medical graduates each year.
The four-year medical program will capitalize on UCF's existing strengths in biomedical sciences, modeling and simulation, and optics
and photonics. Other programs in materials science, psychology, chemistry, film and digital media, and nursing will support the program.

Burnham Institute for Medical Research
The Burnham Institute for Medical Research is a private, non-profit institute based in La Jolla, Calif., that is establishing a campus in
Orlando. Burnham's initial work focused exclusively on cancer but has expanded during its 30 years to include neuroscience, infectious
and inflammatory diseases, diabetes, obesity, autoimmune disorders and other conditions.

High-Tech Corridor
Innovation way is located at Florida High Tech Corridor which is the new Silicon Valley of
the East. The Innovation way is an ongoing project since 30 years. UCF (University of
Central Florida) which is a main part of the project is the 6th biggest university in the
United States. The university is specializing mainly in technology, business, finance and
medical fields. As a result of that, a very good research center has developed around the
university area. The two year old new medical city project called Nonaology is an
additional big bonus for this area. With the synergy of the new projects as
Burnham Institute, UCF Medical School, VA Hospital, Nemours Children's Hospital, this
area became a very important medical center and also known as a Medical city and
Nonaology.
In this area, we have total 1.2 million sq.ft of land and all the zonings were completed.
All the infrastructure of the area is completed. Already many residential and commercial
buildings completed in the area. Highway connections are available, fiber optical cords
are pulled, and zonings are completed, and there is noting missing within the area and
our lands.

Since the area is a free zone area, there are many tax advantages available. State
of Florida has many tax advantages as well.
The most important point of this area is being registered as a regional center. This is
a federal government program for to bring foreign investors to the United States.
According to this program once they invest at least $500.000 they will be able to
get their green cards and work permits.
Our subjected lands are in the regional center.
We are planning to build a big complex which first floors will be designed for
convention center and retail stores.
Other floors will be consist of a hotel, executive office center, technology offices and
medical offices and flexible spaces may be used for medical industries.
