Accessing Your Web Page
1. Open your Internet browser and remove the URL (Ex. http://www.google.com
) and type in this address

User Properties Help Clicking on the User Properties will allow you to change your password.
Remember to click on Update when you are finished.
The Help menu is organized by CF Support and CF Module support.

Top Menu Bar
This tab is used for the management of pages as well as site publishing. Pages can also be added and deleted within this tab. Once changes have been made to a page, banner or layout, they can be published to the live site.
Dashboard In the published site area, you can VIEW YOUR SITE AS THE PUBLIC SEES IT. All changes that are made within the UNPUBLISHED SITE are considered unpublished. This means that the public cannot view the changes until they have been published.
This tab represents the unpublished version of the website and is only viewable when logged into the finalsiteCF management tool. As you navigate through the site within this tab, you will see changes and additions to pages, banners and layouts that have not yet been published. An orange "e" will appear in the upper right corner of any content module that can be edited with the finalsite Editor. Changes made to a page must be saved before navigating away.

When you see this Icon Click on it and the Editor will open.

Then you can select which File you want to link or, you can upload a file to link. Either way you must have a file uploaded in order to create a link.

Preview Mode HTML View/Edit White Background – This is only for display purpose. You are not changing your background Color.
Black Background – This is only for display purpose. You are not changing your background Color.

Insert a Picture
To insert a picture, click on this Icon in your top menu bar of the editor.
Click on Browse Images Your Images and Files will show up if you have already uploaded them. If not, click on UPLOAD FILES. Navigate to where you have Stored your image.

Uploading a File
Notice the types of files you can upload.
You can upload from 1 to 10 items at a time.
Make you selection of how many by clicking on the down arrow head.
Click on Browse and navigate to where you Have stored your files. Then click on Upload Now.

File Manager
You can CLEAR IMAGE that you select, UPLOAD FILES, or create a NEW FOLDER to store your Images or files. The P Icon will tell you’re the size of your file.

Click on the blue pencil to edit your image Click on Select Function

Sizing Your Image
Click on Select Function and choose Resize Change the Width size to larger number or small number and your image will adjust to your new size. Click APPLY when done.

Compressing Images
• Compress images to a size that is less that 40 KB. Once you have compressed an image, save it as a different name and delete the old (larger) image.

Editing Your Image
You have many different tools to use to edit your image To Crop an image, select crop and by dragging sliders on Top, Bottom, Left, or Right, you a gray block that covers your image. This gray block is the part of your images that is going to be cropped off. When you are done, click on APPLY.
Select FINISH

Save Your Image
Save as another filename. If you choose to Save as another filename, you will still have the original images in your list. You should delete the old image when you return to that page. (issues may arise if you overwrite existing) Click on Save Image.

Changing the Image Brightness
Click on Select Function and select Brightness Select the image that you want and click on APPLY

Save Image Brightness
Click on FINISH Save as another filename. If you choose to Save as another filename, you will still have the original images in your list. Delete the old image when you return to that page.
Click on Save Image.

My Classroom Link
You can add an overview of your classroom activities, and etc. by clicking on the edit symbol (pencil) for classroom overview. A Editor box will open where you can enter your content.
You can add short statements or important Events by clicking on new post. Every time You click on new post, you can enter content And the date and time will automatically be added below you content.
You can add events into your calendar and users can view your calendar by day, week, month or year.

Editing Your Calendar
To edit or add events to your calendar, click on edit in Classroom Calendar.

To add a new page to your website, click on this Page Manager (Add New Page) Choose where you want to place your new page.

Saving Pages
When you make changes in the UNPUBLISHED SITE section, remember to click on the SAVE Icon before going to another page to work. You will be prompted to save by a message box. Also, if you want the public to view your changes, then click on the Publish Icon.
