Self-Assessment – Key Tips
Group Work – A Fictional Paediatric
Diabetes Team
• You are the Paediatric Diabetes team and are
required to validate another team’s self-assessment.
• You will need to review the team’s evidence & for
some of the measures highlighted in yellow on the
spread sheet, identify whether you agree with the
self-assessment or not.
Group Work – A Fictional Paediatric
Diabetes Team contd.
• Consider whether you have sufficient information to determine
compliance, or would you need to see any supporting documents
or ask questions of the team?
Measures:
• D11-2A-107
• D11-2A-115
• D11-2A-118
• D11-2A-119
