Challenges for full roll-out of ISSNIP, Rajasthan Issues Suggestion
Due to staff position constraints in the ICDS Directorate, it is not possible to assign two officials exclusively for financial management and procurement activities under the project.
The ToRs for hiring of the contractual staff in the SPMUs as well as at the district/block levels.
Lack of capacity to develop the Annual Action Plan (AAP) and Procurement Plan.
Until additional positions are created responsibility of JPCs may be assigned to officers available and additional remuneration be prescribed for them under ISSNIP.
It may be provided by the CPMU.
Training or Workshop may be organised by CPMU.
ToR and required qualification for contractual positions at SPMU, district and Project level.
CPMU may provided the same.
