publication

May glue or tape several pages together.

Using Mail Merge in a Publication
Mail Merge
Integrates the information stored in an Access
database with a publication
Mailings ⇒ Mailings Merge ⇒ Step by Step Mail Merge
Wizard
Select Use an existing list
Navigate to the database to use for the mail merge and then
select Open
Select the table that contains the merge fields
Select the recipients
Add fields to the publication by clicking fields in the task pane
Click Print preview
Click Print to print the merged documents
