 May glue or tape several pages together.

Mailings ⇒ Mailings Merge ⇒ Step by Step Mail Merge
Wizard
 Select Use an existing list
 Navigate to the database to use for the mail merge and then
select Open
 Select the table that contains the merge fields
 Select the recipients
 Add fields to the publication by clicking fields in the task pane
 Click Print preview
 Click Print to print the merged documents
