A typical day’s timetable

Breakfast , tidy cabins, get organised
for the day.

Sample Menu:
• Breakfast (cereals, eggs, spaghetti, baked beans,
toast, sausages, hash browns, drinks)
• Morning Tea (juice, biscuits, fruit)
• Lunch, (American Hot Dogs, pies, wraps, fruit, juices)
• Afternoon Tea (as for Morning Tea)
• Dinner - at Main camp: lasagne, roast chicken, beef
casserole, Dessert (apple crumble, fruit salad, icecream, chocolate pudding, custard). Supper (Milo,
biscuits)
• Outcamp: sausages/roast potatoes &corn,
marshmellows.
• Special dietary requirements emailed to Mrs

• Distributed to each student with permission letter

Suitable footwear (at least two pairs of old sports shoes,
reef shoes)

Wide mouth drink bottle
• Packed lunch for the first day, including a drink in a named
reusable drink bottle.
Regulations
• Same regulations as at school. No aerosol
•
cans, pocket knives etc. Please refer to
school prospectus or homework diary if
unsure.
Phones: On bus, to and from Camp.
• Consequences of inappropriate behaviour,
as deemed by Management: Parents
phoned and arrangements made for
student to return home.
Medical
• Keli Dean and Lynne Potts will attend for a
week each. All Camp staff have First Aid
Certificates.
• Parents notified of major injuries and/or
any concerns.
• Nearest medical centre at Leamington – 20
min drive. Nearest hospital – Waikato.
• Medical form must be completed prior to
leaving school.
Important Dates
• 24 February : Health Forms distributed.
• 28 February: Dietary Requirements emailed to
Wanda Chambers.
• 28 February: Payment due
• 5 March: Health forms due
• Friday 14 or 21 March – Day of Recovery
