What will the EU Digital Library be?
• a common multilingual access point to
Europe’s distributed

organisations - digital cultural heritage,
• all types of cultural material
• texts, audiovisual, museum objects, archival

• targeted at delivering rapidly a critical mass of
resources to the users.
