HydraWrap
HydraWrap
HydraWrap
is a Fiber Reinforced
Polymer (FRP)
composite system
engineered to provide a
chemical and corrosion
resistant structural
repair for pipe and
infrastructure
HydraWrap
HydraWrap
is composed of:
• 100% Solids High Build
Primer
• 100% Solids Wet-Out Resin
• Carbon Fiber Fabric
HydraWrap
The High Build Primer
provides a sag free tack coat
to ensure optimal adhesion
to the substrate and an even
surface for the fabric lay up
The Wet-Out is a low
viscosity, unpigmented resin
blend designed to penetrate
the fabric forming a true
composite
HydraWrap
The Carbon Fiber Fabric
is supplied in different
widths, weaves and
weights to meet the
application and structural
requirements for each
installation
HydraWrap
Standard HydraWrap
is designed to exceed the
requirements for the majority
of FRP applications with a
single system
the STD HydraWrap system
ensures an ease of installation
for structural remediations
requiring good chemical
resistance and operating
temperatures up to 200°F
HydraWrap
Each HydraWrap system is
chemically formulated to meet the
engineered design criteria and
tested extensively to ensure
product performance
