HQ

• Teambuilding, motivation, interaction, raising the
interest in the different channels of internal
communication and right interpretation of the 5
values of the company

Stage 1 - Nominations
• Every employee can nominate a colleagues via SMS by
sending one’s work number. An employee cannot vote for
oneself.
• One has 15 points that can be used accordingly:
• Nominate a colleague for: refreshing, honest, dynamic,
innovative and efficient – 1 point each
• Nominate a colleague for: VIVA Shine – 5 points each
• The top 5 employees in each category move to the second
and final stage – “Battles”
Results after Stage 1
• Most challenging categories: VIVA SHINE and
HONNESTANT
• SMS count: 585
• Least challenging categories: INNOVANT and
DYNAMANT
• SMS count: 336
• No gender discrimination: 50/50 women/men
• SMS count total: 1414
• Small departments involved – the smaller the
department, the less chance to get nominated due to
the smaller number of employees, but in 2013 the
HONESTANT category was won by such a department

fighting to win a category

• Although there was no gender discrimination at first, the 6
winners are all men from 3 different departments
• Number of sent SMS 2013: 34481; 2012: 32715; 6%
increase;
• Number of employees sent at least 1 SMS: 2013: 2222;
2012: 2142; increase engagement by 4% ;
• Number of employees offline: 2013: ~300; 2012: ~240;
• Number of employees watching online: 2013: ~700; 2012:
~580;
• Budget framework: in framework;
• Results of the survey: 9/10 people know what the 5 values
are.
