Preamble
“We, the members of Lebanese Collegiate
Network, having a vested interest in cultivating,
creating, and conserving University Lebanese
Clubs; and in supporting, connecting, and
developing students and alumni associated with
these clubs, do ordain and establish this
Constitution for the Lebanese Collegiate
Network.”
Objective
The foremost purpose of LCN is to foster,
connect and develop Lebanese collegiate
clubs, students and alumni within the
United States.

Section 1: Privacy Policy
No part of the net earnings of the LCN shall inure to the benefit of any private
shareholder or individual. No substantial part of the activities of the LCN shall
engage in propaganda or otherwise attempt to influence legislation. The LCN shall
not participate or intervene in (including the publishing or distributing of
statements) any political campaign on behalf of or in opposition to any candidate
for public office.
Section 2: Dissolution
Upon dissolution of LCN, the assets remaining after the payment of the debts of
LCN shall be distributed to such corporation, community chest, fund or foundation,
organized and operated exclusively for charitable, scientific, testing for public
safety, literary or educational purposes, or for the prevention of cruelty to children
or animals, which would then qualify under the provisions of the Internal Revenue
Code, as they now exist or as they may hereafter be amended, as the Executive
Board shall have designated.
