Let’s Weeble…
Weebly:
• Features user-friendly drag and drop features
• Is versatile: you can blog, do slideshows and upload docs
• Is free
• Allows you to have more than one website on one account
• Is free 
To get started,
go to weebly.com
Under “Sign Up Free,”
Enter your:
1. Full name
2. Email (you must
know your password
to this email!)
3. Password (one that
you’ll remember)
I recommend
choosing “Site”
You will still be
able to blog if
you want to.
Theme:
Choose one but
don’t worry…
you can always
change it later if
you don’t like it
(or bore easily).
Choose your
domain name.
It’s free as long
as you use a
Subdomain. To
register a
Domain costs
money.
There are headings along the top.
Choose “Build” to get started.
Basic:
Begin to add elements
to your page.
Drag and drop.
Take your time
dropping. Hover over
the space and watch –
it shows where it will
place the element.
Structure:
Continue to add
elements to your
page.
I haven’t used button
or search box, but
often use the divider
or spacer to keep my
work neat.
Media:
Continue to add
elements to your
page.
I haven’t used HD
Video or Audio yet,
but often use
Document and
Youtube.
Media:
Continue to add
elements to your
page.
I haven’t used any of
this yet but am
psyched, yes psyched,
to use the survey or
forum features.
Publishing:
Any changes you make will be saved but will
not appear online until you click publish.
Publishing:
Students sometimes panic because
“it didn’t save!!!!” when it really
has saved, but just has not been
published yet  If in doubt, hit
publish!
Once it’s done publishing,
it will show you your
website’s name, it’ll ask
you if you’d like to share
on social media and it’ll
remind you that you can
buy a domain name (if
you want). Click the little
blue x to exit.

you want to

up or down the
