build on what we already do well, with recommendations for improvement and an eye toward the future.

As we go: • Communicated with Faculty Senate Technology Team and Faculty Senate Task Force • • Monitoring State activity regarding online/distance education (e.g., State Task Force for Performance Metrics for Online Learning) Updated preliminary recommendations

Next Steps

Gather input from FGCU community, including students, faculty, and staff • Included questions in the student survey of online learning • Report to Faculty Senate and input to standing teams • Survey to faculty/staff • Town Halls - Open Forums Review input gathered and finalize report
