Governments across the world need to work to: – Change attitudes to help prevent violence – Provide for the survivors – Enforce legal frameworks and guidelines • Throughout the world women and girls are subject to different forms of violence: physical; sexual; mental; emotional; neglect; human trafficking; forced marriages; prostitution.
