目標效益化(utility of
objective)
• 各行業所從事的專業必有
其明確的目標，且這個目
標必須以效益(利益)的衡
量去實現。
• 例如：傳統農場商業化成
為休閒農場
• 台中縣新社鄉內的觀光休
閒農業發展，目前已發展
出超過五十家，密度可能
為全台之冠，是轉型農業
的典範。

度。
• 例如：模特兒也要是
專業，但模特兒的行
銷與公關卻交給經紀
人。

組織制度化
(institutionalization of
organization)
• 制度化是以立法規定組織
的運作(法治)，降低人治
的影響，可以使組織發揮
團隊合作的功能；而且組
織與組之間可以形成更大
的組織。
• 例如：商業總會是由各企
業公司(資方)組成。而產
業工會則由各個產業的工
會(勞方)組織而成。

守則社群化(codes of
community)

• 每個專業都有屬於內部的行
規，也就是專業守則，守則
只對此社群團體有效。守則
所建立的規範是要確保the
professional’s good(專業人
員的利益/價值)
• 例如，銀行員工不可揭露/
販賣客戶的隱私資料。這是
為了維護本身行業的正常運
作，同時也顧及保障個人隱
私的權利。

專業倫理=專業→倫理
(professional ethics=
profession → ethics)
• 例如，醫師的《日內瓦宣言》：我的義
務是基於病人所處的軟弱不利的地位，
以及他必然給予我和我的專業能力的完
全信任；所以，我保證把病人多方面的
利益作為我的專業倫理的第一原則，並
在情況需要時置於我自己的自我利益上。
