Vision for this park
• Create a 20 acre park with exhibits that celebrate this
history, trails, picnic areas, rental, archival site
• Restore buildings to late 1930’s
• Bring back some areas and events (i.e. experimental
orchard, water tower) as attractions
• Informational signs about the history with QR codes with
more information, videos, etc (sell ap)
• Develop tours that would bring busloads of elementary
students (Local History , Plant Genetics, etc) and work
double as public tours during weekend
