Premier Awards
The Premier PCC Program provides a set of national
standards for PCC excellence and addresses
the PCC Network’s core growth strategy:
to “implement and leverage network best practices to create
business growth opportunities for PCC members and the U.S.
Postal Service.”
Based on these national standards, PCCs were recognized as
performing at a Bronze, Silver, or Gold Level.

For the 3rd consecutive year, the number
of Premier award winners has set a
record in each category; with a total of 93
for 2012!
That includes a record 18 in the Bronze
category, 6 that reached the Silver level,
and an amazing number of 69 that
achieved Gold status!

The Greater Oklahoma PCC conducted a very
successful and uniquely executed targeted market
promotion campaign that demonstrated the power of
QR code mailings, while actively engaging city and
state level government to drive recruitment and
membership, and to grow business.

Over the past 5 year’s, Tracey has demonstrated a
passion for the enhancement and refining of this
PCCs education programs, membership recruitment
and communications.
Her leadership has inspired and impacted every facet
of her local PCC; leading it to Gold status each of the
past 5 years, and various Leadership awards along
the way!

Our winner this year serves as her local PCC Co-chair, and
authored its 2012 process plan to more successfully connect,
communicate, and react with the area’s mail preparers and

The local PCC membership states that this year’s winner
consistently instills confidence that the group is of value to
the USPS, with the entire district postal staff being engaged,
responsive, and attending general meetings to hear the
group’s feedback and resolve their concerns.

This year’s winner has been an inspiration and
driving force for their local PCC for the past nine
years; leveraging their experience and knowledge
by mentoring new board members to a seamless
transition each year.
Our winner’s vision, extraordinary people-skills, and
familiarity with all things postal positioned her
PCC to a stellar 2012 year of growth, educational
leadership, and networking opportunities!

They have been very actively engaged serving their local PCC for
over 25 years; mentoring and empowering all of their
employees to do the same, with two of them holding
leadership positions on their PCC Executive Board, and
another two being past recipients of the PCC Member of the
Year award.
They have maintained an active presence at every local level PCC
event and represented their PCC at 8 of the last 10 National
Postal Forum events. And in addition to the design, printing,
and mailing of the local PCC newsletters and promotional
items, they also generously provide meeting rooms at their
facility for PCC educational sessions throughout the year.

Although this year’s winner is a PCC in a smaller
market, they have made a big impact!
Their unique “Mail Crawl” event, their specialized
and customer-led educational series on the value
of mail, and their constant engagement with both
postal and industry representatives regarding the
most successful mailing techniques have earned
them the two thousand twelve Small Market PCC
of the Year award.

Their theme this past year was “Open Your
Imagination to a World of Innovation”, and
from their website redesign and utilization,
to their unique use of their membership
