Key Strategic Focus areas:
 Establish effective, safe and affordable public
Infrastructure.
 Ensure that all South Africans have access to affordable
services
 Make high-speed broadband internet universally
available at competitive prices
 Priority should be given to infrastructure programmes that
contribute to global & regional integration and needs
