Presenter Photo Box
• • Photo box allows you to upload presenter photos to be displayed during the presentation. Optimal size of the photo is 79 x 92. If the photo is not sized correctly, it is framed vertically or horizontally by black lines.

How to Pass Slide Control
To pass slide controls to a coleader, click their name in the attendees box and a gray bar will appear. Then, click the “Set As Leader” button and the coleader will become the leader.

Project your voice Be conversational − tell stories, share experiences, use humor Don’t just read the slides aloud − expand points & avoid “dead air” Be careful to not talk at the same time as another speaker Identify yourself before speaking Practice − timing is everything!

PowerPoint Tips
• • • • • • • Be concise - talking points only Less is more. If you have too much information for one slide break it into multiple slides Overall PowerPoint slide file should be no larger than 10MB Include graphics wherever possible. All images should be imported into PowerPoint as GIFs or JPEGs, no larger than 300 pixels wide Include slide numbers Have “How To” slide for asking questions during Q&A break(s) Explain how any unanswered questions will be handled 18
